Conviron Bolsters its European Operation
Conviron today announced two key additions to its European operation. Building on the success of its UK sales office, Conviron has now opened a direct sales office in Germany in order to better serve its German client base. With a background in both plant growth research and research equipment sales, Carsten Richter will lead the German operation.
"Conviron products have been in Germany for decades, however we felt that it was time to take our customer relationships to a new level by putting a highly qualified person on the ground who will focus one hundred per cent of his efforts in building our business in Germany, and serving our many clients there," said Conviron President Steve Kroft.
To yet further increase its level of support to its European clientele, Conviron also announced the hire of a full time service specialist to serve its clients in Northern Europe. "While we will continue to work with Conviron-trained third party service partners throughout Europe, having Matthew Gilroy on board provides us and our clients with a full-time, highly trained service specialist who can focus all of his efforts on looking after Conviron equipment," stated Dennis Holowka, Conviron's Manager of Customer Services. "Matthew has had a great deal of experience working with Conviron equipment from the client side, and having him join our team will be a great asset to Conviron and the many researchers who use our products."
