With configurable options for up to five tiers of growth area and energy-efficient LED lighting—including independently controlled far-red wavelengths—the GEN1000-ECO supports precise manipulation of photoperiods and spectral quality, enabling studies in plant morphology, photosynthesis, and stress physiology.
Its robust environmental control capabilities allow researchers to simulate temperature and light conditions, making it ideal for investigations involving tall crop species, in vitro tissue culture, seed viability and storage, as well as aquatic plant systems including algae and phytoplankton.
To further support specialized research needs, the GEN1000-ECO offers optional features such as:

The GEN1000 also offers three specialized upward airflow kits designed to optimize microclimate uniformity:

- For tissue culture, it minimizes condensation on culture vessels, preserving sterile conditions and improving visibility for monitoring growth and contamination
